I have a passion for people and how they connect (and why they sometimes don’t seem to connect). Projects are exciting because a lot needs to get done in a short time and more often than not, it is unclear beforehand what is needed to make it happen. Uncertainty, complexity and urgency all come together to have a party. The better the connections, the better the results will be and the healthier the people will come out at the end. And it makes the party a lot more fun! Connecting with people and helping them connect with each other is what makes my day.
